By rubbing the pressure point, it relaxes them and then gets rid of the pain that is being caused. This helps remove you pain, relaxes your spasms, and improves your circulation.

These methods can all be done in the comfort of your home. They include pressing on the two pressure points on the back of your neck, massaging your own shoulders, placing a cold pack on your neck while placing your feet in warm water, and lying down in a dark room.

Although there is currently no migraine cure, you can use these techniques to help bring a little bit of peace in your life and a lot less pain.
